New PartyPoker Tour Announced for 2025

PartyPoker may have been absent from the live poker calendar in 2024, but that is set to change as the online site has announced a new poker tour for 2025. Exclusive to the UK, the PartyPoker Tour is a mid-stakes series with five stops planned in its inaugural year, each featuring the £500 PartyPoker Tour Main Event, the £150 Mini Event and several other side events.
The first three stops have been revealed, visiting London, Manchester and Glasgow, with two further editions yet to be announced. PartyPoker will support the tour online, sending at least 1,000 players to the events, via a series of satellites and promotions throughout 2025. In addition, the tour’s sponsor is funding a leaderboard, with over £13,000 in prizes up for grabs for the best performing players across the season.
- London, 19-27 April at Aspers Casino
- Manchester, 17-22 June at Manchester 235 Casino
- Glasgow, 12-17 August at Alea Casino
- Plus Two More Stops Yet To Be Announced
With varied tournament schedules aimed at recreational players, plus a host of exciting off-the-felt activities planned at each stop, the new tour aims to be a refreshing addition to the UK’s thriving live poker scene.
While poker is the main attraction, it’s not the only type of gaming that will take place, as the event schedules also include sports betting and casino games competitions. Fans of non-Hold’em formats are also catered for on the PartyPoker Tour, with a £200 Pot Limit Omaha event included in schedules. At the first event in London there is even a new poker format being trialed, called Tennessee Poker.
The Road Goes on Forever, but the Party Never Ends
PartyPoker has been spreading poker games, both online and live since 2001 and many will have assumed they had given up live poker events for good after the last PartyPoker Millions took place in Dublin in late 2023, but they are back! It also looks like it intends to be here for more than just one year, as leaderboard prizes include tickets to events in 2026, in what will be season 2 of the PartyPoker Tour.
Party by Name, Party by Nature
Off-the-felt activities are to be a central part of the PartyPoker Tour experience, with live poker coaching sessions, talks, workshops, prize giveaway spins and of course the essential Party Poker players party. It wouldn’t be a Party Poker event without a player party.
